FAQs & Getting In Touch

1How do I book?
The easiest way to book is by calling (416) 792-7447 for a brief over-the-phone consultation where we can make sure you are paired with the appropriate physiotherapist with the expertise to address your personal concerns. This is also a good time for us to answer any questions you may have.

Alternatively, you can book online, send us an email, or drop by.

2What can I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit is always a 60 minute one-on-one assessment, allowing us to listen to your concern, assess, and begin treatment. You will be given details of your individualized treatment plan, including how often you can expect to come for follow-up and you will be provided with exercises you can do at home.

Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes or 45 minutes for physiotherapy services.

3Where can I park?
The best option for parking is the green P lot on Rosehill just a few hundred metres from the clinic. There is also free street parking on Balmoral and metre parking on Jackes (east of Yonge) but this is often limited.
4Which services are available in-home?
We are proud to offer all of our services in-home and in-clinic. It is sometimes beneficial to do a combination; home visits offer a familiar environment and no travel while visits to our clinic allow for use of non-portable equipment.

This will be discussed at your initial assessment and included in your individualized treatment plan.

5What are your fees?
Physiotherapy
60-minute initial assessment: $125
30-minute follow-up: $92
45-minute follow-up: $125

Home Physiotherapy
Initial assessment: $140
Follow-up visits: $140

6Does OHIP cover my visit?
We don't offer government-funded physiotherapy services, but are happy to help you find a clinic that does.
7What about insurance?
Most private insurance plans include physiotherapy services as reimbursable expenses, and we can directly bill to your plan. Most also cover physio without a doctor's referral, but we can help you check these details with your provider.
8Covid-19 and Distancing- What is a Virtual Physiotherapy Session?
Virtual Sessions allow you to receive physiotherapy at home or your office while social distancing. Many issues can be assessed virtually, and our skilled therapists can set you up with a plan and therapeutic exercises to manage your musculoskeletal concerns. You can book your session online, or call and we can discuss what will work for you.
