Get Back To Your Life With Midtown Physiotherapy

GET BACK DOING WHAT YOU DO

Your first visit to our physiotherapy clinic starts with assessment. We do a detailed musculoskeletal exam, analyzing the impact of the injury, disease, or disorder. Then together we set your goals and a treatment plan that will get you there, incorporating practices based on the best current research evidence and our clinical expertise.

PHYSIOTHERAPY
IS BOTH AN ART AND SCIENCE,
DEDICATED TO CHANGING
HOW YOU MOVE AND FUNCTION
FOR THE BETTER.

— We can start as early as 7:00am, and book our last appointments at 6pm.
— Your physiotherapist works with you one-on-one throughout, we don't use support staff.
— Book online (see that "Book Now" button?)
— Same-day bookings.
— We can direct bill to major insurance companies: reduce your out-of-pocket expenses and paperwork.

Our treatment interventions may include hands-on manual joint mobilization, dry needling, myofascial techniques, nerve mobilization, both active and passive stretching, and exercise therapy—a lot can happen between sessions, you will be an active participant in your treatment. Our goal is to change your mobility and function for the better– helping you to move better, with less pain; and to get you back doing the things you love.

HOW DO I KNOW IF PHYSIOTHERAPY IS RIGHT FOR ME?
If you are experiencing pain, limitation or discomfort in your regular routine, a physiotherapist can help.

We help you get back your independence after a hip or knee replacement, or back to your game after a broken ankle or torn ACL. We help you feel loose and limber during your workday. We help you keep up with your kids in golf or tennis, or stay pain-free when your grand-kids want to be carried for the rest of the hike.

We are trusted in Toronto to provide physiotherapy treatments that work, no matter the condition. Through exercise, manual therapy and other modalities, we empower you and give you the confidence to get back to doing what you love.
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS AND WHAT ARE THE FEES?
CLINIC PHYSIOTHERAPY

Initial physiotherapy assessment/treatment: $125 for 60 minutes.
This comprehensive assessment sets the stage; our physiotherapist will help you understand what you're feeling, what they'll do about it, and the expected timeline. Treatment begins during this session so please come wearing clothing you can move in freely.

Follow-up physiotherapy treatment: $92 for 30 minutes.
This is our standard treatment length but we've been known to spend a bit of extra time if necessary.

45- and 60-minute treatment sessions are also available.

HOME PHYSIOTHERAPY

The initial physiotherapy assessment and treatment is $140, and follow-up visits are $140.
We typically travel anywhere along the subway lines and are proud to offer home physiotherapy away from the subway line in the following neighbourhoods: Deer Park (Yonge and St. Clair), Davisville Village, Forest Hill, Yonge and Eglinton, Lawrence Park, Mount Pleasant, Summerhill, Yorkville, Annex, and Rosedale.
IS PHYSIOTHERAPY COVERED BY MY INSURANCE PLAN OR OHIP?
Most workplace insurance plans include physiotherapy, without even requiring a doctor's referral, We can often do the paperwork directly with your insurance so you aren't even out of pocket for your visits. Of course, that does vary by plan, depending on the small print.

As a private physiotherapy clinic, unfortunately, we are not covered by OHIP or public health care. But we are happy to refer you to some clinics that are.
